Kathmandu by Night

This series is completely different than the previous one; in the style, the subject or the processing. Pan shots are something I’ve never really tried for a long enough time to get a good shot. This time I was standing in the cold at a corner of Thamel for 40minutes and I managed to get some images. I used the 30mm Sigma at f/1.4 the whole time and high isos as there was not a lot of light at all.

Motorbikes are everywhere in Kathmandu as they allow you to avoid the traffic jam.  Well there is some point where even bikes are stopped but it helps a little bit to be on a thinner vehicle.

Bicycles are also quite handy to get around in the city (that is a lot of egg boxes on one bike). I do not have more pictures because the rest is just not good enough to be here I think.
